Itemization of an expense

Like for example, if we went shopping at a store, we could have bought some fruits, some veges, and some clothes. If we can itemise these expenses, then we do not need to give individual entry for each item (I currently do it so that I can easily differentiate what were my monthly expenses on fruits, on veges, etc.) and add the same bill to each of these entries.
