Strict search option

Ability to search strictly is much needed. For example, if I apply the filter to view all of the last year's transaction, and search for, let's say, "Eggs", I also get the results for "Bread and eggs", and their amount is also added to the total displayed on top. What if I want to search strictly for "Eggs" only, I'd really appreciate if any strict search feature is added.
