refund tracking feature

I would like to request a refund tracking feature.

Currently, when I make a purchase, I recorded as an expense under a category such as Shopping. However, when I receive a refund or return an item, the only option is to record it as income.

This causes my spending reports to be inaccurate because refunds are not automatically deducted from the original spending category.

I would like refunds to be linked to the original expense category and reflected as negative spending (or category adjustments), so that reports show my net spending by category.

For example:

• Shopping expense: $1,000
• Shopping refund: $300

The Shopping category should show $700 net spending instead of $1,000 spending and $300 income separately.

This would provide a much more accurate view of actual spending habits and category analysis.

Or do you have a way to solve this?? If you accept negative income… we could do it!
