Enhance account balance adjustments

When adjusting account balances we can't record the reason for the adjustment Also we cannot modify the date of the balance adjustment

Request: To add an optional note section for the balance adjustments such that we can record the reason in the tracker app (deductions like ATM/SMS maintenance charges, etc which aren't category spends & to record these in the tracker app we would most likely do a balance adjustment while also being able to record the reason)

To add modifiable date section to balance adjustments, right now in the app the balance adjustments get recorded with the date we make the entries in the tracker app But there are instances when we do not update the tracker on everyday basis Say a balance adjustment happened on the 3rd of the month but I am updating the entries in the app on 7th of the month, the date recorded is 7th & there's no means to update it to the actual date that's 3rd in this case
